What counts as a lead?
A unique person Algoricum follows up with during a billing period. Multiple messages to the same patient still count as one lead. Each new person added to your funnel counts as one. So if Algoricum sends ten follow-ups to the same patient over three weeks, that's still one lead, not ten.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Additional leads are billed at the overage rate ($0.90/lead on Growth, $0.80 on Scale, $0.60 on Pro) on your next invoice. Your follow-up never pauses. On the free trial, follow-up pauses once you hit 100 lifetime leads.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two clicks from your billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. No refunds on time already used, no clawbacks. Your conversations stay yours and you can export them on the way out.
Is this HIPAA compliant?
