The Problem We're Solving

We went looking for where the bookings were disappearing.

We started by doing something most software companies don't do. We mystery shopped over 1,000 clinic inquiries across the US — real names, real questions, real contact details — and tracked exactly what happened.

What we found wasn't surprising to us. But it should have been alarming to every clinic owner spending money on marketing.

Most clinics weren't losing patients because of bad service or wrong pricing. They were losing them in the 48 hours after the first reply — in the gap between "we responded" and "the patient booked."
